What we do

Eleven services, four kinds of surface

We work on the interior surfaces you see and touch every day, and on the concrete underneath them. Each service has its own page with what is included, what is excluded and what has to be assessed on site.

Painting

Walls, ceilings, trim and doors, with the filling, sanding and caulking that decide how the finish reads.

Preparation and workmanship

The finish is the last ten percent. We price the other ninety.

Paint, planks and coatings fail for reasons that were visible before they were installed. This is what we do about it.

01

Walls and trim are repaired before they are painted

Dents and holes are filled, patches are sanded flush, and gaps at trim are caulked. Filled areas are spot primed so they do not flash through the finish coat.

02

Floors are checked before they are covered

Substrates are scraped clean and checked with a straightedge against the flooring manufacturer's tolerance. Humps, dips and moisture signs are dealt with first, as separate, itemized work.

03

Drywall is finished for the light it will live in

Joints are taped, coated and feathered to Level 4, then checked with a light held close to the wall, because that is how daylight will show them.

04

Concrete is ground, not just cleaned

Coatings bond to open, clean concrete. Slabs are mechanically prepared, cracks are treated, and moisture is assessed before a system is recommended.

How a project runs

Five steps, no surprises between them

  1. Tell us about it

Send rooms, surfaces and rough quantities, or call. Photographs help.

  2. Site assessment

We measure, inspect the surfaces and note anything that changes the scope.

  3. Written scope and price

You receive an itemized estimate with inclusions, exclusions and assumptions.

  4. Protect, prepare, install

Your home is protected first. Preparation is done before any finish.

FAQ

Questions people ask first

All questions

How do I get a price?

Use the preliminary calculator for a first figure from our public rates, then request an estimate. Final scope and pricing require a site assessment, because surface condition, access and layout change the work.

Is the calculator figure a quote?

No. It is a preliminary estimate built from public rates and the quantities you enter. It does not include applicable taxes or extras identified during assessment, and small scopes are flagged for individual review.

Does requesting a visit book an appointment?

No. The form sends us your preferred date and time window as a request. We contact you to confirm a visit. Nothing is booked until we have confirmed it with you.

Are materials such as flooring, cabinets and doors included?

Installation rates cover labor and standard installation materials. Purchased finish products, including flooring, cabinets and doors, are separate unless your written estimate explicitly includes them.

Do you paint exteriors?

No. Our painting work is interior: walls, ceilings, trim and doors. Garage floor coatings and concrete preparation are the only work we do on garage slabs.

Which areas do you serve?

Palm Beach County, Broward County and Miami-Dade County, Florida. Include the project city and ZIP code with your request. See service areas.
