• Project city and ZIP code, and the project address if you provide it
• The services you are interested in, approximate quantities or dimensions, and your description of the project
• Your desired timeframe, preferred contact method, and preferred visit date and time window
• Photographs you choose to upload
• A preliminary calculator breakdown, if you choose to attach one

The preliminary calculator

The calculator runs in your browser. The quantities you enter are not sent to us unless you choose to attach the breakdown to an estimate request. When you do, our server recalculates the figures from our public rates before they are stored.

Information collected automatically

When you submit a form, our server uses your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions and block automated abuse. It is not stored with your request.

If you arrive from an advertisement or a link that includes campaign tags, the form may include those tags, the referring website and the first page you visited. This tells us how people find us.

Like all websites, the server that hosts this site may keep standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party tracking scripts.

It uses your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab, to carry a calculator breakdown into the estimate form, to remember how you arrived, and to prevent a form being sent twice. This information stays in your browser unless you submit a form.

How we use your information

We use the information you send us:

• To reply to your inquiry and confirm an estimate visit
• To prepare an estimate and, if you proceed, to carry out the work
• To keep a record of what was requested and agreed
• To protect the website from spam and misuse

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising to you on other websites.

Text messages and calls

If you choose text message as your preferred contact method, we will text the number you provide about your request. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing texts through this website's forms. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Where your information goes

Form submissions are received by our website server and passed to our private customer management system, where our team handles inquiries. Uploaded photographs are stored on our website server and are accessible only to us.

We use service providers to operate: a website hosting provider, our customer management system, and Google Workspace for email. They process information on our behalf. We do not otherwise share your information unless the law requires it or it is necessary to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

Copies of submissions held on the website server are deleted on a schedule after they have been delivered to our customer management system. Records in that system are kept for as long as needed to respond to you, perform any work you engage us for, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Security

Submissions are sent over an encrypted connection. Access to stored requests and photographs is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send information we do not need, such as payment card numbers or identity documents.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to keep certain records where the law requires it.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the website handles information, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
